Pfizer to create standalone animal health company, Zoetis
Pfizer has begun registration for the initial IPO of Pfizer Animal Health, which will be known as Zoetis from July 2013.
Pfizer resisted measures to completely sell Pfizer Animal Health and will remain a minority shareholder.
