VetCell equine stem cell therapy training day
VetCell are offering their next training day at the RVC with Professor Roger Smith for veterinary surgeons wishing to learn about the procedures involved in VetCell’s patented StemRegen stem cell therapy for equine tendon and ligament injuries.
The day will include demonstration of bone marrow aspiration from the sternum using ultrasound guidance, aspiration from the tuber coxae, implantation of the stem cells in cadaver limbs and a demonstration of the use of E-PET (Equine-Platelet Enhancement Therapy) to obtain platelet-rich concentrate.
The training will be held at the Royal Veterinary College from 8:30am – 5:30pm on Tuesday 7th August, and will contribute towards CPD points (total of 7 hours) and a certificate will be provided upon completion.
