Kennel Club chairman calls for more effective regulation against Puppy Farms
Professor Steve Dean, Kennel Club chairman has called for stronger and more effective regulation against puppy farmers.
Commenting on the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs Committee Oral evidence session on 17 October: “It is not more legislation that is needed, but more effective regulation of those who breed purely for financial gain.”
