Vetstream Ltd is the world’s largest provider of online veterinary content on dogs, cats, horses and rabbits and we are looking for the right candidate to provide maternity cover for our Customer Services Manager role to join our friendly team based in South Cambridgeshire.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be a conscientious highly motivated individual with a commitment to outstanding customer service, possess excellent communication and time management skills. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the office, management of all UK and ROW direct subscribers, management of trials and subscriptions, keeping accurate records of correspondence with customers, management of cross sell promotions and communicating courteously with our customers, who are vets in practice around the world, by telephone, email or letter. Knowledge of Excel is required and an experience of ACT, Access and Sage would be an advantage.
