Companies enter terms for £112.5m acquisition

Netherlands based Eurovet operates in both the companion and farm animal pharmaceutical markets, and offers product directly complementary Dechra’s own veterinary line.

Wholesalers will soon have access to a vital new supply of vitamin-K1 in the UK thanks to Eurovet. The intravenous treatment is crucial in some critical treatments and a dwindling supply has been of major concern to practices nationally.
